International letter

  • The packages are sent via international letter if they weigh less than 100 g ;
  • Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days ;
  • Shipping costs are 2,19 € (between 0 and 20 g) and 4,70 € (between 21 and 100 g).

 

Delivengo

  • The packages are sent via Delivengo if they are more than 3 cm high OR if they weigh more than 100 g ;
  • Delivery time is 3 to 6 business days ;
  • Shipping costs are 8,45 € (between 101 and 250 g) and 9,90 € (between 251 and 500 g).

 

SWITZERLAND

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
